Every week the Center for Entrepreneurship hosts guest speakers to relay entrepreneurial advice to the students of ENTR 200.

glenn-starkman-cfe-pic.png Glenn has a career in financials with global responsibilities for 30 years. He made a pivot to entrepreneurship, investing and assisting startups and eventually cofounded Soteria Cyber Security and Data Analytics.  Glenn has been Entrepreneur-in-Residence at College of Charleston since 2014, following in the footsteps of Tommy Baker (lecture series).

Thursday January 28th: Krissa Watry 

krissa-watry-speaker-pic.png Ms. Krissa Watry co-founded Dyne, Inc. in 2011 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer, Principal Investigator and President. Ms. Watry served 9 years in the US Air Force achieving the rank of Captain and her time culminated as the Chief Engineer for 4th Space Operations Squadron. After completing her time in the USAF, she joined Andrews Space, Inc where she was quickly rose to be in charge of all programs and spaceflight hardware production. In 2012 she left Andrews Space to start Dyne®. Out of USAFA Ms. Watry was awarded the Draper Laboratory Fellowship and went on to MIT to earn a MS in Mechanical Engineering. She earned her BS in Engineering Mechanics from the USAF Academy in 2002. 

Thursday January 21st : Mark Richards

mark-richards-speaker-pic.png Mark Richards is a CofC graduate and a serial entrepreneur with expertise in idea development, manufacturing, execution and launch, systems development and growing a business to profitability. Launching new products is a primary focus.
His oobjective is to work with companies and individuals in the creation and development of interesting new products and business ideas. He is passionate about Idea Development and Execution, Creating "Blank Sheet of Paper" Concepts, Business Start-ups, New Product Development, Systems Development, Branding and Marketing. Mark writes a blog on entrepreneurship at MarkWRichards.com
