CCIM Scholarship
Scholarship Selection Criteria Includes the following:
· Current full time student at the College of Charleston with at least junior standing.
· Each applicant should be able to demonstrate a commitment to a commercial real estate career by answering the questions on the application.
· Each applicant should be an active real estate club member.
· Minimum GPA of 3.0
· Students can choose to just take the course or they can take the course and the exam. If they choose to take the exam they must become a dues paying member of CCIM.
Scholarship Value:
Recipient will receive a full tuition enrollment in the CCIM (C101) designation course that will be taught on the College of Charleston campus. Dates of course to be announced.
It should be noted that this course is one out of the four course required to receive the designation. However, if the scholarship recipient would like to receive the designation they must retake the course.
Commercial Investment Division (CID) & CTAR Student Membership Scholarship

· Dual membership in both the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors® (CTAR) and the Commercial Investment Division (CID)

· $75 discount on the Pre-Licensing course at CTAR

· Access to monthly market statistics reports

General Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for the RTOL Scholarship, a student must:
· Provide verification of enrollment at a United States university
· Be rising freshman, sophomore, junior or senior
· Be registered as a full-time student the year after receiving the scholarship
· Have a 3.5 GPA or higher
· Submit a completed application and all required documents by the application deadline
· Declare a major related to real estate
· Have an interest in pursuing real estate after graduation

Appraisal Institute Scholarship
Eligibility
· Applicant must be a student majoring in real estate appraisal, land economics, real estate or allied fields.
· Applicant must be a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Masters Candidate or Doctoral Candidate.
· Applicant must be a full or part-time student at a U.S. degree granting college or university.
· Applicant must have a strong academic record.
· Scholarship award must be used in the same academic year it is awarded.
· Eligible recipients may receive only one (1) AIET Scholarship per year.

International Council of Shopping Centers Scholarships:
Two scholarships available for undergraduates who are interested in a career in retail real estate.
1. The Schurgin Family Foundation Scholarship
Scholarship benefits:
· Industry wide recognition
· $5,000 tuition scholarship
· Attend RECon all expenses paid
· An ideal candidate is a U.S. citizen, who is fulltime junior or senior degree seeking candidate and enrolled in the upcoming fall academic term at an accredited university. The candidate must demonstrate a record of participation in the industry while maintaining a 3.0 GPA. Applicants for the Schurgin Family Foundation Entrepreneurial Scholarship must further prove their entrepreneurial spirit.
2. Love Scholarship for Diversity
Scholarship benefits:
· Industry wide recognition
· $5,000 tuition scholarship
· An ideal candidate is a U.S. citizen belonging to a underrepresented minority group, who is fulltime junior or senior degree seeking candidate and enrolled in the upcoming fall academic term at an accredited university. The candidate must demonstrate a record of participation in the industry while maintaining a 3.0 GPA. Underrepresented minority group is defined as belonging to an ethnic group who share the following race, color or national origin: American Indian or Alaskan Native, Asian or Pacific Islander, African American, Hispanic and Caribbean.
