The College of Charleston School of Business strives to serve veterans and honor their service. The Veteran and Military Student Services website is a wealth of information. In addition to these resources, the BPS Program would like to share information with prospective military and veteran students.
What's new for military and veteran students?
Military Credits
Beginning January 2020, the College of Charleston will accept military credits. You may earn up to 30 transfer credits from your joint services transcript (JST) or up to 60 credit hours from the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) transcript. Students admitted or readmitted for the Spring 2020 semester or future semesters will have their JST evaluated for potential transfer credit. Students previously admitted to the College and still enrolled in courses will have the opportunity to have their JST evaluated for potential transfer credit during a designated waiver period.

DSST
The College of Charleston now accepts DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST) Credit. Individual DSST exams are currently being evaluated for transfer credit by College of Charleston faculty and the College began awarding transfer credit effective Fall 2020. More information will be available on the Transfer Resource Center website.
Subject matter covered by DSST includes Mathematics, Social Sciences, Business, Physical Science, Technology and Humanities.
