Student Leaders - Host an Industry Partner on Campus!

Step 1: Receive date and times that work for the firm.

Step 2: Request a room under Meeting Space Reservations.

Step 3: Once room is reserved and you have received confirmation, notify the firm or guest speaker about the event date, time and campus location.

Step 4: Utilize Digital Signage to advertise to 2100 School of Business students and over 100 faculty/staff:

Step 5: Confirm arrival of the firm, at least 3 days in advance. If you choose to opt-in to using a parking pass for your guest speaker (see specifications below) let them know that you have parking pass available if they would like to park in a parking garage near the Beatty Center (Wentworth Garage is closest at 81 Wentworth St.)

Step 6:  Pick up event host materials from the Student Success Center.

  • Parking Passe(s) (8 parking passes per registered School of Business student organization per semester, 2 per event max.)
  • Water Bottles
  • Thank You Notes
