Meeting Space Reservations

Beatty Center and Tate Center

School of Business Faculty and Staff should use the linked forms below to submit a meeting room reservation request, or when making changes to an existing reservation. Should you have any difficulty accessing either form, please email for assistance.  Rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis and your request does not guarantee room availability. Your request will be confirmed via Outlook calendaring once room availability is determined.

Due to high demand for meeting spaces in the Beatty and Tate Centers, reservation requests from College of Charleston groups outside of the School of Business will be accepted, but we may not be able to accomodate every request. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
