The program starts with a required six-week summer "boot camp" which provides immersion into functional business areas such as accounting, finance and communication.
- Cohort-based learning with peers starting and completing the program together;
- Courses presented in six-week modules;
- Travel study for 2-3 weeks to Asia, Europe or Latin American countries;
- An integrated capstone course to complete the program curriculum following the travel study.
