Global Entrepreneurship Week 2019

Coming Fall 2019 | November 18th - 22nd

Global Entrepreneurship Week 2018

The College of Charleston School of Business Center for Entrepreneurship was a proud participant of a successful GEW 2018.

Featured Guest Speaker: David Koysza, senior councel to Boeing South Carolina.

David spoke to entrepreneurial leadership at Boeing as The Fall 2018 George G. Spaulding distinguished speaker at College of Charleston School of Business. David engaged the audience and challenged them to answer two important questions in their every day life:

1. Are our dreams big enough? More importantly make sure that they are dreams. Don’t limit yourself, reach those dreams every day.

2. Are our limitations in fact advantages? Focus on what is important, tune out the noise around you, and build around what you have, and figure out what your advantages are based on.

He spoke about how Boeing took a risk by building the Boeing South Carolina campus, where a clean slate allowed Boeing to take a fresh look at buildings outside of Seattle. He taught us that skepticism can work in your favor, Boeing South Carolina being an example of that.
