Carter Real Estate Center

The Carter Real Estate Center (CREC) provides support for the commercial real estate program in the School of Business at  the College of Charleston.  The Center works closely with the commercial real estate industry to provide out-of-classroom learning opportunities for real estate students.  These opportunities include an industry speaker series, local and out-of-state property tours and support for student participation in commercial real estate professional organizations.
