Carter Real Estate Center

The Carter Real Estate Center (CREC) serves as a training center for students interested in the commercial real estate and development sector.  As an academic Center of Excellence, it attracts both national and international students and fosters career development.

The global commercial real estate industry is where our graduates go to work and make immediate contributions to commercial developers. 

In the 2009 - 2010 academic year, we will continue to improve and enhance our students' learning experience through rigorous course work and out-of-classroom learning opportunities.  We will extend our marketing efforts for CCRE in the coming year to attract students across the U.S. and exchange students from around the world.
