Cynthia Grosso is an adjunct professor for the Hospitality & Tourism Management Department and has taught international etiquette and protocol for over the last 6 or 7 years at the College of Charleston.  She has been a past recipient of the “Adjunct of the Year” award.   She is an award winning corporate etiquette expert, speaker, columnist, author and consultant in this arena for more than 15 years.  Ms. Grosso is the founder of the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette and has taught numerous seminars both for national and international companies.

Some of her other accomplishments include authoring the Professional Savvy Series, an on-line learning program for Professional Table Manners that is the only one of its kind in the world. This program won the bronze medal in the world for excellence in E-learning. In addition to the columns she writes, she is the host of Your Manners Matter radio show.

Prior to her current business, she owned a prominent international modeling and finishing school.


Ms. Grosso certifies people all over the world to teach etiquette and protocol.
