Research Interests

Dr. Hansen's primary research streams involve modeling and testing process-related models of opportunity, particularly the conception and development of new product and business ideas. Additionally, with colleagues, Dr. Hansen looks at the way opportunity and opportunity-related processes are conceptually and operationally defined. Secondary Research involves the marketing and entrepreneurship interface. Dr. Hansen is also very interested in researching the context of Sustainable Business Venturing or "Ecopreneurship"
